Not-for-profit groups and municipalities are invited to attend a free information session on Preserve New York and Technical Assistance Grants (TAG), the signature grant programs of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) and the Preservation League.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at the McChesney Room of the Schenectady County Public Library (Central Branch), 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady. Frances Gubler, the League’s Preservation Associate, will explain the requirements of the grants, the process of applying, and discuss some successful previous applicants. The meeting is co-sponsored by the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor and NYSCA (list in formation). There is no cost to attend but reservations are required.
