Princetown Farm, 1870. Restoration of farm house & barns. Owner: Gary Zarr. Peaceful setting in rural Schenectady; beautiful attention to detail.
613 Union St., c. 1875. Owner: Reza Mahoutchian. Currently houses Winedown Lounge. Adaptive reuse of a former fur vault; retention of interior spaces, adapted to new uses. Restoration of exterior. Copper flashing, etc. Lovely front patio w/ADA-approved ramp incorporated.
4 buildings on State St.: 414-416, 420, 422, & 426. Owner: 426 State St.
Associates, LLC. (PaulSciocchetti & Angelo Mazzone). Adaptive reuse &
restoration of historic downtown buildings.
Stacey Ann DiCerbo for painting of 25-27 McClellan St.; retention of original features (front door, slate roof).
Paul Mlodzionowski for archaeology site in rear of Yates House (1725), 109 Union St.
Sylvi & Bob Briber for facade improvements at 1 Cucumber Alley, 1949. Former garage upgraded to living space overlooking river.
